Hi, my name is Scott Butler and I have been working professionally in the games industry for 25 years, I was art director at Sony Playstation for 11 years and created a destroyed building tech that I received a patent for. Please see my work and resume at www.scottbutlerart.com. Thanks, Scott Butler
There are types of games to suit all gamers. If you aren't interested in FPS games, Nintendo in general will serve you well. Playstation usually has a lot of great, exclusive, non-FPS games. I have always had every generation of Nintendo consoles, both hand held and TV-based.
System shock 1 (on a P4 3.2 gig rig - like taking the kids to school in a hummer). Terranova - linear, squad based jointed-sprite freekiness. System Shock 2, still scaring the bejeesus out of me. Consoles don't really figure for me, except MGS1 on the Playstation, and starwing on the snes.
I think the Special Edition Metal Gear Solid 4/PS3 bundle still do, but I'm not 100% sure on that. [ame]http://www.amazon.com/PlayStation-Metal-Gear-Solid-Pack/dp/B0014WJ78E/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1?ie=UTF8&s=videogames&qid=1217872304&sr=8-1[/ame]
Hello, I'm working recreating one of my favorite games for PlayStation, I played for hours this level that was available on the first demo of this epic game. I'm doing it with portfolio/practice purpose... critiques and comments are more that welcome, thanks!
i found this really cool, i guess since the guy didnt want to wait for psp, he went and created a handheld playstation 2 http://www.benheck.com/Games/PS2p%201.htm if you look around his main site he also has portables of other systems he created, along with how he made them
http://www.destructoid.com/all-ps3s-blocked-from-entering-europe-195289.phtml http://www.guardian.co.uk/technology/2011/feb/28/playstation-3-lg-legal-dispute Whoa.. is this as serious as it sounds? I have no Idea how much of a percentage of PS3 consumers are in Europe, but this has got to be a huge hit to Sony if this…
I'd love to write up a little bit of feedback ... but it's kinda impossible not knowing what the Playstation buttons icons are here for ! They seem to be related to the blue bar being circular - is this part of the UI behaving like a rythm game ?
so i found out that the card code entered in the playstation network account lets you get all the downloadables and latest patches for free. It also lets you customize your characters and weapons with more variety.
I thought you'd feel like this cause it happened to me, Fighting Force was one of the first games I'd played on the Playstation when I was a kid and I was so blinded by the novelty of 3D that I completely skipped the poor mechanics. Then I revisited it years later hoping for a bit of nostalgia and boy was I disappointed...
