Hey ZacD, try using the ner linear output setting in SD, to make sure your normalmap is exported as linear and not srgb, that might make a difference. -

ZacD Check the Q&A thread, but from my understanding, it's any of the above. :) Redesign if you want to (as long as it was made for the contest), or just use an existing skin/base design. -

thanks for the comments zacd- you're right. one of the barrels is a flash light. the way to aim is using the Led display on the back part of the gun. it's a monitor that helps locking into targets -

I second ZacD, only if you are an animator or VFX should you focus on this. I don't remember the last time i watched a demo reel for an env artist. -

@ZacD Oh hey, I did take some of your advice (then I decided to take a break from the project). Here's the result: A more "race" look with a simple background and I changed the jet flames. -
