I dunno crap dude about the GeForce, but I think your not much up the scale on a 9200 than a 7500, until you go to a 9600 ATI. I soon shall upgrade mine to a 9800 so you could prolly have my old 7500 if you pay the ship to costs to Oregon. Goodluck! -

9600 gso,4800+,2gb ram. Yes,the newest nvidia drivers,from 4,5 days ago. It worked on the same spec before. No,i havent.I'll dl it,to see if it makes a difference. However,i had this same version for last 6,7 months,i had no probs.But i'll still give it a go. Alt+W didn't help.Thanks though -

Now that I see the highpoly, the normal map may actually be correct if the squares are not visible in the viewport. If they still bother you, you can try changing the vertex normal calculation method.… -

I got the exactly same problem ('Vertex element type 11 not supported') with an ATI Radeon 9600, about one year ago. I upgraded my video card to an ATI Radeon HD 2400 PRO and everything works fine... UT3 editor seems to need at least Shader Model 3.0 to import meshes. -

It's a problem with Maya 2011 in general I think. It'll play ball sometimes if you save the file with HQ on, then re-open it and don't ever turn it off, but it's a bad fix. I would surely not try to run it on a 5200. I know of some people who have/do, but they have to turn off about everything that makes it "UE3" to even get it to work right. Just save your pennies, and upgrade your machine as you can. :) An 8600/8800gt/9600, etc. would run UE3 rather well and be quite cheap.
