Looks like it could be a hand stop. Nice work Kasims. Some of the wear seems a bit heavy handed such as around the muzzle for example. -

I had to do just this a while back. What is the issue with the normals? Can you post an example? It may just be a flipped green. -

One thing interesting I noticed, in the second example the substance bake is the only one without bleeding projections on that left-most slope. -
