On illegal file names - Its because the internal file system in OD and all tools are limited to files inside .PK3 files, or files in directories, but they must NOT contain spaces anywhere, must be formed of only letters from A to Z (upper or lower case), numbers, or underlines... and the full path is limited to 256… -

There are 4 modes to it, you can access them all from the spacebar menu. M, RGB, MRGB, and none. M will do paint in material only, rgb colors only and mrgb will paint in both, while un-checking whichever is activated will disable the painting entirely. Thanks for the suggestions! So instead of using a Keyshot Bridge render that seems to have masked out a lot of things, I think, I'll just Zbrush instead. Just to weigh in my opinion the hardest to be good at is going to be a technical artist, purely because by being more technical orientated you have to know waaay more fields beyond the scope of just what you see eg coding/scripting/integrating. Which in turn means keeping upto date on improvements on each of the above.… -
