Lets say its a value 0-100. 0 would be a sharp corner, only supporting edges are applied. 100 would be rounded like a normal chamfer. -

Add a loop between pecs and collarbone. Also the highlight on pecs is too sharp. Right now it looks like you have some weird edgy manboobs -

run some unsharpen masks on those textures. Specifically the bridge metal that will help alot, right now the pealing paint looks bubbly, when it should be sharp. -

that's looking mighty fine. Nice colours and sharp but smooth textures Shame about putting it on ice. One Q though, 4x128x128, isn't that kind of...overkill for PSP? -

yea you could definitely losen up some of the edges, they are too tight to get nice bevels in the normal map, they would be too sharp i think. -
