Blackbow Software Co., LTD is looking for long term cooperative outsourcing opportunities for the whole year. Currently, we are helping a game company do a hidden object game's 3D and 2D art sections. Some of our artists are putting their efforts on a weapon type game arts, and also we are helping with the art section of a…
+1 20days up woukd be one mighty complex character, though "nextgen" (as in ps4 xbone) realistic characters can ge quite complex pretty easy and usually start at around 3 working weeks (15 days). those 50$ a day rates spund like pure horrorstories? usually even eastern european and asian outsource studios start at 200$ per…
cool weapons!! most def going to download this. anyways, unless everyone knows the situation the artist were put in who created the weapons, I wouldn't jump so quick to call them shit. The art could have been outsourced... having experience with outsourced art, it can be a pain to try and "fix" errors and still keep up…

I'm just gonna list things: small project scope down to earth accomplish-able goals. fun gameplay sweet stylized art direction no mandatory overtime good communication between team members little to no outsourcing

I don't believe the assets on show could have been created by one man in a year let's alone the gameplay swell. Now if most of the assets are outsourced then that's a different matter. It looks cool though a bit generic imo
He's also the guy that said something along the lines of f@#$ north american artists when I can outsource to china, so its been my personal vow to kick him in the balls if ever meet him.
This is relevant to the situation...if it goes through, it seems it will have an impact on outsourcing that deals with digital media http://pando.com/2014/02/25/revenge-of-the-nerds-how-tech-geeks-found-a-secret-weapon-in-their-fight-against-big-hollywood/
@st4lis: Most of the artists are external too, so we've been outsourcing art overall. It's all been surprisingly stylistically coherent, something we thought would be difficult to maintain with a fairly large team. Still is, of course, but not unmanageable!
