What do I need to improve to make this look game ready? It's about 4k verts and uses 1 2k wood diffuse and normal, and 4 other 2k normal maps. I'm having some issues with the glass. The spotlights above it make the tops almost opaque. And a dojo I was playing with:

yeah then do it there, unless you know for sure whatever you do in blender you can replicate in unity (which is likely so, if you know what you are doing) i would go with whatever celshader you prefer inside unity and feed that with your model
