Where is the model? You talk about a model you made, but your demo reel is all animations. If you want crits on the model, you got to post pics of it. :)
Update on the modeling ( engine) - This is the final part of this model that I wanted to make following ref materials relatively close and modeling select parts to make it look& fell complete.
I've finished the modular pieces of floor, it's a very simple modeling Then modeling my own model of flagstones, six different variation in Zbrush, all your feedback is welcome.
There are tons of high quality free models out there. Why not teach them to model HQ models first, then texture them and then rig/animate them in that order. Problem solved. :)
Last night I finished basement model is part of ... And tonight finally the door on the first floor to the right of the model , and some details of the model well ... The project is well underway ...
I don´t intend to make a replica of the real world model, but have a base to develop a good modeling exercise. I took the caliper model from this picture.

Looking foward to the outcome! This might be a silly question, but for your blockout phase, are you creating your models in UE4? Or modeling in a different program and bringing in the basic model into UE4?
