Also check out the surface map rendering included in 3dsmax its under Rendering > Render Surface Map. They where part of polyboost (now called Graphite modeling tools) and where included in 2010.

i did and it zbrush did recocnize maya crease, the file export from MA file does include crease but it just MA file, other file like fbx and obj doesnt include crease

I generally include a notepad file in the zip with personal critiques and thoughts on it, seems to have worked out niceley for me before. usually include a section on the next steps to take it to the next level if given more time.
@Fuboski Your export into handplane or into your game engine must include mesh normals but does not need mesh tangents. If you do include mesh tangents, they will be ignored by the baker and by unity if you are using the correct settings.
