@Ruz: Yeah, everything was made in zbrush except for a _VERY_ rough blockout of the body. Basicly it was a stick figure. I didn't really know about dynamesh and zspheres when I made it. x But the armor and sculpting of the body was made in zbrush.
I'd maybe add some hair planes that stick directly out of her hair mesh. Right now it's all tousled in the texture but it's got a strangely perfect silhouette. Skin and it's shading's looking great, though. You using any tricks for that?
Coming along real nice Swizzle. The only things that bugs me though is the cloth wrinkles on his coat that sticks out under his chest armor and that his fingers tapers off a bit too much(?). Otherwise great job on this one.
Ah I forgot to post this on Polycount haha Finally finished her, I think I'll stick to game art lol. Rendering takes quite awhile, and there are too many options to tinker with. At least I've learnt some stuff from this project.
Maschinenkrieger Mech with female pilot (or half of one, rather) School assignment, not much time, high poly Subd just about finished, now to sculpt a couple of the pieces. :) At some point they'll strike a pose- for now, it has her arms sticking through everything ;)
Ha, awesome I've been waiting for some Diablo 3 fan art since the game came out. Act 2 is my favorite place by far, are you going to be going to be sticking the the mostly rock, bones, and tar pits found in that area, or are you going to be putting in some wood structures too?
Nice progress IronMonkey Working more on this guy today. Im thinking of including a molotov on the side of the bag so I need to make a mesh pocket for it and probably a knife to place on his left leg. Rough up clothes more and the bag, get some stuff sticking out of the bag too.
Finished making this tutorial series for people to learn from, I try to stick to non addon stuff like uv tools ect in it, there is most likely things I've done wrong but if anyone want to check it out and give me feedback and what I can improve on next time feel free…
Happy New Year All. Here's an arcade stick I'm working on. Just need to model the plug and then time for low poly. Also, couple pistols I've been working on. The Revolver still needs a bit of work. Maybe sometime I'll get around to making assets out of them. Did them mainly to practice hard surface.
Some of the stuff you guys post is amazing! I'm gonna stick this screenshot here because I don't think I'm worthy of putting my own thread up yet. It's a game I'm building in CryEngine 3. I've modelled everything but most if not all of the textures are from CGTextures. Crits are welcome but it's very unfinished! I hope you…
