The radio feature is stripped out of all the US versions even the pay accounts. That's the one feature I use more than any other on other services like this. If it was stripped out of the free version I'd understand and probably pony up the cash. With a magazine you can flip through its pages in a book/grocery store before…
Felt abused using Pandora, no real control over what you listen to, very limiting. Spotify has very few ads, I'm not sure the distance between each, but I've only heard 3 so far since I've had it, which has been about 2 hours.
I don't get this.. I've had Unlimited for like, two years? that souhld be atleast 20 invites, but i only got 7 al and all.. That's just strange.. And yeah, one thing that's pretty cool with spotify is the playlists. There's quite alot of sites for you to share playlists with others. There's also "active" playlists..
Yeah. The ads only happen every 2-3 songs, but...They are very very very annoying. And sometimes your lucky enough to get 3 ads in a row. I think they do it on purpose to try and make you want to pay for it. "Hi, i'm jonathan from spotify"...AARRG! Honestly, I've been known to rage close spotify because of the ads.
Spotify is legal thus they have agreement with major companies. Major companies probably rip off musicians though. I don't really know how spotify works, but my only concern is i don't want my money to go to some shity pop singer. So, i keep buying albums and mainly go to concerts ^^ Also, why would it be forbidden at…
I'm quite sick of hearing this tbh. If you guys want to pay for music that fine. Don't get all high and mighty when others don't want to pay for it. I've got enough bills to pay as it is. Theres a shit load of options for listening to music online, paid and unpaid subscription, streaming radio, youtube playlist, etc. I'm…
Well. I prefer that people listen to music legally as well. I didnt say I was listening to illegal music, I just stated that there are alternatives. I do buy music as it happens. I still prefer to buy CD's but on a day to day basis at work and when I'm looking for new bands I use grooveshark, lastFM, youtube, etc. I also…
Its perfect for our line of work, infinite music for those long projects. I've been a subscriber for a few years also mainly because of the accompanying App that allows out and about streaming. Few people in the office like Grooveshark but for me Spotify is better at giving you access to your tunes. I just make playlists…
Artist hardly make any money off of record sales unless they're multi platinum selling or they get their song picked up for a major advertising campaign. I'd like to see these numbers that show that Spotify is paying anything that's an actual living wage to the artists - last I heard it's pennies. Putting out albums is…
