I rather like this problem as well, Hawt Koffee. It's like a robot zombie. The possibilities! So err, thanks for sharing that error ;) . Here's a quick bust from me:
Yusss Btw i might turn it into a gameres bust by turning him into a general or something... wondering if i should do photoref or handpaint (probaby going to choose the latter!! yayyy)
A bust I tossed around recently in ZBrush - was intending to get this printed out but I'm skint :P Grab from Zbrush viewport and a render from Zbrush using BPR
Making a mini bust version of a similar dude ... The wrinkles repartition is way too uneven ... but it really is just a test, to see if the type of clay/plasticine I used behaves well for mold making.
Another practice bust, learning a lot from these, I'm going to do some more 'extreme' body types after this one. Edit: Should have spent more time on the ears, don't look!!
Thanks for the comments everyone. Here's another one, still using a pretty simple base. I think I'll retopo one of these busts after I've done few more, and take it a bit further.
Hey guys! long time viewer, first time poster, here's a bust I did for a contest over at CGchannel: Can anyone guess who it is? :D Man thats a sweet gun Kaskad!
dfacto, digging that concept. Now when do we get to see it in 3d? :D I'm currently working on my entry for the "Bust a Move" comp at CGHUB. I like rusty spoons, nuff said...
Lookin solid seven and Notorious. :) Some minor update on the bust. Starting to put things into Maya for rendering. Still got all the texturing, materials, lights and whatnot to do but things are progressing. Open for suggestions on thepedestal. Cheers!
I finally decided to get off of my ass and do a bust of planned dominance war entry (I forgot which one). Voodoo Lincoln I might get him 3d printed if it turns out nice
