Hello, Its not working here :( Exported 2 selected objects (selected in same time) to OBJ, imported to Toolbag, I have 2 chunks but when adding/changing texture to one its also changing on the 2nd... any idea what Im doing wrong? Im using standard export settings, both objects with UV's... no idea what's wrong. Thanks in…
If I have two objects in marmoset (I dunno how, I just imported a sample mesh to marmoset - some woman, and some invoker with a big book). How can I load maps for second object? A woman doesn`t have texture for face and invoker doesn`t have texture for piedestal. Second question (a n00b one), how to put an alpha map to…
As long as each of the different materials are split into separate "chucks" or "objects" when you export from your 3d app of choice, you should get each of them in the mesh list when you load it up, then you create a material for each texture and apply them to the correct chunks. Just make sure you split each mat ID into…
hi guys. i was playing around and during workin on the textures i wanted to see how my model looks in engine. I've baked the normals in xN and when i am trying to apply the tangent space normal map in editor i got ugly bugs. Simultaneously when im using object space everything works fine... on the left object space, on the…
I'm probably being quite thick, but can someone explain to me how to add multiple objects and mats into the scene? Please. :) or if thats even possible..
Marmoset allows making blending materials? I want to do object with 20% opacity. Is somewhere list with commands to Marmoset? I'm looking for changing resolution command.
@hellkt: Three possible things to check. 1. Make sure the UVs on that object are getting transferred over properly. 2. Make sure the material is applied to that mesh chunk. - Related to that I recommend creating an actual named material file in Marmoset for each object you bring in rather than using the "default_mtl.mat".…
