<3 SPOILERS: Why didn't Jack turn into the smoke monster? THAT would have been an interesting ending. If he didn't turn into the smoke monster, how'd he get up the underground rockface? I still don't get the need for the other timeline, either. If they were in some kind of limbo, waiting to meet to leave/get over whatever…
I really want the crazy eye-patch russian guy to turn up in the real timeline again...maybe even wrestle the smoke monster to the ground and choke hold that sucka...would be awesome.
I still want a more thorough explanation about the smoke monster and the statue. My own theory on how lost will end: They are stuck in the past, get bored, and the losties become Jeronimo Jackson! wooo! .....or not.
notman: There are a lot of theories about Vincent. Though everyone is pretty sure he's not a real dog. My personal favorite is that he's the smoke monster. I liked yesterday's episode. Hurley episodes are always my favorite.
this is exactly what I expect happened. I almost feel bad for the original actors of smokey/jacob, they are such huge characters yet the actors themselves are shelved for other bodies within two episodes lol. so we'll have sayacob and flocke battling it out. someone brought up a good point though - wasn't the smoke monster…
yeah, I know of the Vincent theories... guess I hadn't read one that said he was Walt yet The popular one I've heard was the smoke monster like you mentioned. I thought it was cool just to see him again
I think you need to get out more Miles lol :D I thought the comping in the Smoke Monster was weak though. There should have been more of a diffusion on the imagery Ben was being shown; it looked a bit crappy and sharp how they did it in the end.
Great episode, getting rid of random Losties was great, now we don't have to wonder why there was random people in the background that we know nothing about. Should cut out filler episodes on random people. Smoke monster for the win in that one, soo cool.
what it seemed like to me was that the ppl who were protecting the crate were acolytes of some sort. Maybe it was their mission to find the island because they are part of some super secret egyptian god worshipping cult. And while I'm on a rant..wtf, is the smoke monster the good guy in this story?
Anyone else think momma was a smoke monster? I can't imagine she killed that entire camp in her human form. And she looked pretty strong when she sent MiB flying against the cave wall, kinda like when Ben got man-handled by the manifestation of his daughter, below the temple. I suspected that when Locke said "I looked into…
