That cintiq is wacom's countermeasure against chinese and cheapest brands like Huion or XP-Pen. Quick response: NO. Lately I've been debating switching over to a graphics tablet rather than using a mouse mainly to save my wrists in the long run. I'd really just recommend an Intuos for portability, and not any sort of tablet monitor. Older gen Cintiqs like what you already have aren't portable. Newer gen Cintiqs are unstable, overpriced brand-gouging that I've had nothing but problems with. Alternative brands like Huion or XP-Pen still don't play well with most 3D… -

Why not Wacom One Medium (CTL671)? If you're going to try the Chinese tablets, there are the XP-Pen, Star 03 (Ugee M708) and 04 that doesn't require a battery, their technology is similar to Wacom's.
