1 minute 45 sec is way too long to display only two models. And I'm not a big fan of showreel for still characters, screenshots are way better to evaluate the quality of this kind of work.
very cool! two minor things that hit my eyes: there´s a small gap between the collar and the jacket. Also the stitches on the boots are a bit too big and strong, if you ask me.
Also, rotate the braces on the barrel - the rust on the top two are identical - it is in the exact same spots on the metal. In fact, the metal overall looks too uniformly noisy. Like the "clouds" filter in photoshop, sort of.

The hands look better after the tweaks. The reason I was saying they were too big before is because I don't know any women whose two fists are the same size as their head.
I had not a very extensive sculpting training, small sizes mostly during my much younger years. And would say it doesn't overlap digital sculpting a lot IMO. Sculpting in Zbrush is much more brush interaction with always 2d screen image at a time like usual painting than actual sculpting really. Feels very different. Would…
