You can set those in the "user.cfg" in the CryENGINE directory. Dunno if it's there by default or you have to create it. But it's just a Notepad-editable document you can add those lines to.
I've had this mainly on ao and thickness, default settings, obj files. Gave up and baked in designer instead. Hp mesh was at 1.5m, lowpoly at 37k, baked at 4k.
@pior So based on these link and a little research "object transformations" in this case is setting the object back to default of when it was first created? Is that what I'm getting from these links?
I will work on this troll I made some time ago. For now I put it in Max and rigged in CAT. Here is the default combat pose it will have for the run and the attack.
All jokes aside, your friend probably had a custom UI setup and now you are using the default, that's the only thing I can think of with the provided information.
I have to agree with Kitteh, the default brushes stand out a bit. I'm actually surprised at how good it looks despite those details anyway though. Props for that.
If you are going to have it spinning... at least take the slow in and out off of it. It ramps up and then down as it spins and that is the default animation you get when you set keys.
