Yeah I think you are right. You should either choose to hand paint the book or choose a more detailed realistic look. Do you have the texture sheet to look at? And maybe of the model flat shaded with wireframe? Just to see how it is modelled.
For character art Can we use a 2D front and side view of the 3D shaded (without wireframe) champion model as a modelsheet and come up with our own topology ? Thanks I am confused about this question. Can you please explain further?
Thanks! Oh, I can post some concept pictures and some additional renders + wireframe of the model tomorrow, It's hiding some details beneath the wings, there's some missile launchers and stuff. I'll add some bullet holes, damage and grime aswell! Thanks!
Thanks Pior. Yeah I have been examining their wireframes which is what first sparked my interested. I was impressed that they were able to create such vivid scenes with such limited polygons and stuff. I guess I just need to get back to modeling then!
Its for a game, most likely, even if i never end up using it. I am gonna do a HP but i want the LP to look good and opitmized, incase anything happens. I posted the wireframe, please look at them if u wish.
Simply insane work dude - I'm only begging for wireframes and texture flats for selfish reasons, but they will probably be helpful beyond appeasing me! Other than that, ts damn clear to me you know what your doing! Fine fine stuff man!
nice warby, though stzart making good screenshots ! It seems like you have resused the hips from merylin, at least they look a bit feminie right now. Can we see a clear wireframe for instance bah maya bah bah bah
awesome website, you have some really great environments. I like the NBA street & Def Jam levels, because you showed them in wireframe too, so I could see how you created an illusion of the world around the player.
Under the display tab you can change it to show shaded and wireframe as either material or object color - the object colors don't go away when you apply a material. By default it does shaded as material color. I have a script that toggles it for me :)
I prefer the none-italiced version, looks way nicer. As a personal thing; could you post a "wireframe" of the font, I'm interested to see how you did it, because I can see the faint lines and the breakup of pieces but it'd be nice to see it
