For example i make a box that has 2 vertex on the x axis. from a meter or so away on the wireframe, they are lined up fine, and the move/transform tool says they are lined up correctly, but i zoom in and the damn things arent lined up. Also consider how your character is going to deform and how that will effect the look of the tattoo. Lets say you put a dragon tattoo in a deforming area and suddenly your awesome tattoo transforms into a dolphin fucking a penguin... you're going to be yelled at. Thanks everyone. :) If you go to Transform, Modifiers, turn off XYZ, and turn on Z, you'll solve that problem. The only tiling issue I encounter is with AO. AO almost always requires some sort of geo continuation on all 4 sides of the plane to calculate correctly. So you either have to dup your plane, move it over to all 4… -
