Arnold would be able to do this. Arnold isn't a third party rendering engine anymore - it's the default maya one. You could also use mentalray, renderman, or vray.
Hey Man. How did you fix this? I've been trying for over a week. I click on the plus and add the camera but it still defaults to the cameras that's at 0:0:0
My biggest problem atm is lighting within UDK...I get the mesh and material looking great in the preview window...but once it goes into the map itself the lighting kills me...does anyone know the light set up that UDK is defaulted to in the preview window???
I've brought in tons of models into 3DO without an issue. I have one model that is coming in as the default cube, but glowing white. I've exported the model the same way that I've done the others. Not sure what the issue could be.
Doe anyone know if there's a way to render normal maps in Mental Ray for Maya using JS_NormalMapper in anything other than the default perspective camera? In other words, everything works great until I create a camera and try to render using it.
I've not tested this year's version but CC 2018 would wreck grayscale images if you opened and immediately saved them using default settings. And no, it shouldn't do that at all.
UE4 should be synced to XN as they both use mikktspace as default. I wish lux would add the mikktspace normals as an option as it's not rocket science ! They are looking into it however :poly121:
