Looking badass, I like the mass of the shoulders in B, having less defined deltoids fits the character. I think trotters would really round him out. -

This is starting to look really hellhoundish. Nice work! You should definately repeat that rotting flesh style on the butt on other places on the body, otherwise it will look out of place.
