I'm definitely liking the first one as well, although it would be interesting if you could somehow incorporate the rib-like elements from the second one into the first design.
yes, yes I say http://www.nextcargame.com/ the first 2 were super-awesome fun. managed to have a racing element that wasn't overpowered by the crash/ADHD aspect.
That last shot looks awesome man. Agree with Higuy, it perhaps needs mountain range in the background to give it some depth or a focal element like distant silhouette of ruins.
The texture is very noisy, I would remove the noise and instead add more shape-supporting texture elements (edge paint damage, sun bleaching, ground dirt)
the center floor of the hallways seems really busy with all the tubes and thin railways. Might want to thicken some of the elements up and give yourself more of a canvas to work with.
Wow, it's a game changer in my mind, the narrative was unbelievable and massive hats off to the vfx and lighting peeps. Elements of the ending still confuses me slightly but what a ride!!!
Yes as long as the pedestal doesn't draw the attention away from the character, I guess some elements could be higher than the beast itself, if it is climbing something for example.
Trying to find a interesting way to present this car model. Finding it difficult to find the right balance between the different elements. Textures, mesh, lighting, post process etc.
Yea disable the low ploy shadow casting, or inside edit poly under element sub object mode hide all the pieces, but keep the object selected, then render.
It's augmented reality, far from holodeck, but awesome nonetheless. Just imagine using glasses as a monitor/camera and using it to add new elements into your ordinary boring world!
