Loving everything in here, the cube studies are awesome. I agree with Dan about some things needing more defined areas of focus though. But yeah, great stuff :)
DKK thats crap! look at the overlap, definately not recommended! Proxzee: best thing to do is post a mesh and let people demonstrate. your question is way too abstract
if it's not paid then it not supposed to be in the freelance forum. 'paid' is not defined as royalty or post launch compensation, just to be clear. That's why the mods added separate sub forums for mods, royalty etc.
No. A proper cavity map defines occluded light in tight crevices and cracks - think of it as sort of like a micro-ambient occlusion map. Yes, there is a cavity map input in DDO.
Thanks for the feedback! Been pretty busy, since a got a new job, but here's my progress so far. Still need to define the metal more and also the ground.
I don't think you are. Muscle insertion points arne't being defined. As said before, you've got a turbosmoothed model: mostly everything is reading smooth and undefined.
I think your shadows are too strong, wide, and not very well defined. You could definitely do with toning the AO down, and then painting in some drop shadows.
Looking really good, the only suggestion/feedback I have is that if a guy have so ripped chest/abs, his triceps and back would be more defined, methinks :]
