I need help I guess understanding what would be considered a "layout shot" and what would be considered "just blocking" I've seen some artists on LinkedIn posting their layout work and to me all the character animation is just blocking with fluid camera movement. I'd like to try it myself but I wouldn't want to just do a…
Looks like the vines can use a little bit of gloss as vine's aren't always rough surfaced like that. Also it's be nice to have little bit creases on the petals as well when you get to it.
I personally think people should be allowed to make their own choices.Your body is your body and how you live your life should be up to you as long as it harms noone. Ive had the fortunate freedom of living in a country like Holland where lots of freedoms you cant find in the U.S are available. Going from Texas to…
Phew Well, Ive read everything you wrote. I shouldn't really be suprised. First off, *IT DOES AFFECT ME*. I shall repeat. Half my family are Scottish, the other English. Most of my time in the UK is spent in Glasgow. Which can often be not alot of fun as an Englishman let me tell you pal. But I dont need to tell you. You…
The technical challenges will be exactly the same, it wouldn't matter if you create a very good looking building or a very crappy looking building, you'll still have to learn how to create normal, spec and diffuse maps. So what could possibly be the benefits of starting out creating a factory:…
Hello Kano, really nice stylized asset; I especially like the wood rendering. If I had to crit any of it; the details are pretty evenly spread out on the whole asset making the viewer struggle to know where to look. Focus on a/b/c area of focus, supporting visual, arc to lead back to main. I'd get rid of the blue detail at…
I think its a great idea for a story. Off the top of my head (so don't quote me) this story reminds me of when East India Company - invaded India - beat the French - they had a private army - played all the kingdoms off against each other and made vast profits - at one point had half the worlds trade. Nationalised in 1858…
Most likely the object is too big. iirc zbrush likes to work with objects that are 2x2 zbrush units. If you click 'unify' in the deformations tab it should resize your object to a more "default" size. Or scale it in max.
An absolute monster of an off-road rally high performance twincharged all wheel drive masterpiece fabricated by one of Italy's iconic marques, leaving an indelible impression on those who had witnessed it's racing prowess whilst piloted by equally incredible drivers, way back in the day. Was really supposed to be just a…
@MrNinjutsu Really top notch stuff! Didn't realize you've had a presence here for many years, also your YT channel helped me out while ago after stumbling across Blender tutes for making zip ties and sticky tape - I'm into large air/land and sea vehicular assets so like the mirrored solution freeing up UV space for that…
