is that the only normalmap you have? it looks a little weird to me and i think a lot of it has to do with the fact that u have no other surface informations then the actual decoration.. As far as i know, stone is not totally polished and flat work in more information in the normalmap.. surface of the stone, little cracks… -

there is no hr department, standard company procedure is usually the company asking for OT but never compensating its employees for it or so they say. I think the employer just made a blanket statement saying "wages and comp time are not to be discussed etc. etc." and the "I'm amazing and valuable" was tried several times… -

shelf-buttons, yes - i do have shortcuts to certain viewport-layouts and a few other menu popus, command triggers, switches etc. i found marking menu's much better to put commonly used modelling/etc functionality in. unfortunately, at least in all the maya versons i have access to, it' not context sensitive by default.… -

Yea looks really great! the only thing i would say is, it looks like the teeth are one solid mesh, right? try to make them separate meshes that actually stick into the gum. that will give you the possibility to rotate them, move them etc a bit, which would make close ups really great. also you would see gaps between the… -

I come into games from a film studio, and at times I felt the same as poop; the human etch-a-sketch syndrome. One thing that is becoming more and more prevalent in the film industry is the use of previsualization. I'm not sure where pre-vis stands in the game industry, but I know it is happening, and will continue to grow… -
