good work so far. about the issue with opacity from painter, it is a little hard to explain but it's a common problem. IIRC you need to add a fill layer to the bottom of your layer stack in painter and set it to no opacity (in other words, completely opaque). I think when you export then it should work as expected. A combination really. I might do straight ahead animation at 1/4 final frame rate then in between to get to the final rate. For example, the muzzle flashes are straight ahead, but the right steam effect was key-framed. Really they are just both tools which are better for different things. Her upper arms are super long. Just shortening them a bit so that her elbows rest against the side of her belly would make a pretty big difference to what is otherwise a quite well executed model. Likewise, I think darkening and perhaps expanding the outer ring of the iris would also help alleviate that slightly alien… -
