CG Academy ones look like the most comprehensive set. Pete Drapers 'Deconstructing the Elements' books are also really great aswell, although not for beginners.
I had a go at it by using Vanishing Point, but the concept has many elements, it's a digital paintwork and it's hard to get it accurate, because, the perspective is not 100% correct.
Ok I tried and it didn't work , for detaching I meant , detaching to object and not to element ... is it possible topreserve normal orientation once detached a face as an object ?
You also have to think though that these haven't had any traffic for a significant amount of time. So they are going to be worn from the exposure to elements and not feet.
