Hi! Thank you so much for your help. I found out in the end that the problems were mainly caused by my GPU not being powerful enough... so when I changed to my other PC, it actually worked which is why your result is different from mine. However, I did follow your tips and got a much improved bake anyway so not all is lost… -

Thats looking really good, currently im also working on a day/night cycle :) so its awesome to see what youve done. With the clouds and shadows, how did you do that? just shadows off the skybox? or something else? -

Day 5, did a sand substance this morning. I can post my graphs if anyone is interested too. @C22Dunbar - Thanks man! Yea it really is powerful, I just gotta get better at it. I'm having a lot of fun trying to figure out how to make the textures procedurally too. -

gallerie nocturne & chill ... + fixed wall texture. Made the graffiti larger, so tiling isn't as visible. + textured the firepit. Updated the model and did a quick sculpt and bake. - update firepit asset with textures, opacity and emissive maps. - work on sofa, table -

Thanks for the feedback. I def don't want to go through 3 years of learning the ropes only to not be able to find a job, or to get stuck placing crates all day every day, particularly while getting paid less than I would in architecture for that ( how common is a position like that anyway?). At the same time I'd be happy…
