If your cage and highpoly are correct it's most likely a problem with your UV's. Maybe upload the high/low/cage to a .zip on dropbox or something? -

Are you using a cloud service such as Skydrive or Dropbox? (heaven forbid the latter :p ) If so you should be able to recover the history of a file. -
