In TB2, make sure to set the tangent space in mesh properties to where you baked the map, in this case xnormal/mikktspace -

Is TIFF support there? Supports layers too and much of, at least CS2's, PSD features seem to be saved just fine. -

Photoshop has done web galleries for awhile now. The new version, CS2, does flash web galleries no less. -

Create an action. Use Adobe Bridge (comes with CS and CS2) and run the Action on the entire folder, it should work no problemo. -

Yes, you will be able to load/save/share sky lighting and post effect presents in TB2.
