Looking good Rolang! I finally got around to completing this piece. Here is the untextured version before polypainting and rendering etc, and then the final piece. I rendered her using ZBrush BPR with two different lighting set ups which I later used a combo of in Photoshop to reach the desired final effect. Hope you like!
Printing this t-rex I sculpted in Zbrush a few years back. My local hackerspace recently got a Zyyx and it's a great printer that's really easy to use. Without the tail and head it stands on it's own. We'll see if it will once the head and tail is added. I learned yesterday that the seams can be "welded" by putting…
This looks great! I feel like the hand cursor is wayyy too big though. The cursor is bigger than your entire main character, which is a little distracting. Looks like a lot of fun though! Here is my FKA Twigs portrait. ZBrush, VRay, Photoshop. Original thread:…
Just recently wrapped this Exosuit created for Gamers Frontier upcoming Indie Title "Ascend" http://www.indiedb.com/games/ascend1. First time using Substance Painter for texturing & Marmoset used for the final render. Sculpted in Zbrush This is the real-time model coming in @ 55k tris! See more here if interested…
This is awesome! Quick (perhaps stupid) question - how do I ensure that it tiles correctly? With basic tiling textures in Photoshop, I always do the thing where you offset it by 1/2 the size and then make it look okay. I haven't tried the tutorial out yet, so there could very well be something in ZBrush that does that for…

It was ages ago since I worked in zbrush, but now I got inspired to make some speed sculpts. Each one took around 1,5-2 hours. It was a lot of fun to make and I think I'm starting to get how to sculpt the basic shapes at an ok speed now. Also not to worry about all details and making it perfect.
alien girl done in zbrush /dynamesh geo so far, any comments/ critique is welcome, gonna get some more reference and detail up the mask a bit, dunno if the chest muscles are on point either im trying to keep them muscled and a reasonable size and in proportion as I often have the failings of adding and adding till the…
I recently finished this piece of fan art from the upcoming WARCRAFT movie. "Sword of the Royal Guard." Initial Concept by Toph Gorham Basemesh created in 3DS Max, and sculpted it in ZBrush. The surfacing and rendering was done in Keyshot using procedural materials. The metallic pewter affect was achieved by using the…
@alkalor She's purdy! She must have an armor rating through the roof with an outfit like that. :) @Snefer Dude...your speed-modeling would be my I-took-a-month-to-finish-this. Your mechanical work is super rad! In the midst of finally learning ZBrush a few days ago, so I attempted my first sculpt. Definitely a fun learning…
