Also, I just pulled the head of the flash light out so the twisting mechanism could be visible. It's looks more like a flash light (minus the extra sci fi details) once its pulled back in.
this is my skin http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=680110967 i dont know is this skin is good for sci fi ? http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=674566221 https://sketchfab.com/models/59efdaff9da84eacbc18f4db282ff01c
that pretty much sums up everything :) and by the way thanks to you now I know another good hard-surface and sci-fi artist too, a big fan of it by the way :) Have a good day sir.
Have you checked out the tutorials hosted by SideFX? https://www.sidefx.com/learn/world-building/ I've been going through the Sci Fi Level Design tutorials by @siver and find them to be quite good.
I was so excited to see this included in the March release of UDK - I've been following that thread for a while. I'm a sucker for anything Sci-Fi. Getting to 'play around' and see how he did that was awesome. :)
tnx daphz, your works are maaaad!! i didnt play much whacky games back then but now i really like to rest from the usual sci-fi/fantasy stuff that i do for a living..
This is so awesome and my number one reference when it comes to grimy sci-fi stuff! Really amazing! I wonder how many sides your cables (especially the smaller ones) usually have?
Hey this is looking pretty good. I like the material definition. Also i can't really read that white sci-fi element thing at the bottom very well, almost seems detached from the model.
No, but it could stand for improvement or if at least, variety. I se e mostly a style influence by Neil Blomkamp movies. Maybe it's time to push into a different type of sci fi future, like Jadorowsky or Asian aesthetics.
