I'd just lower the outer parts of her butt a little bit, resulting in more of a nearly horizontal but slightly "/\" sort of shape for that wrinkle line. Looking a lot better either way, thanks for continued updates. :)
Lets not forget how easy/cheap it would be to outsource this entire project to India or China :) . I'd rather pay lots more for great artists to continue to be able to thrive in a shakey industry. So I do!
They completely skipped the part in the housing community to get to the farm. I really like seeing what they're choosing to include from the comics and what they're not. I really hope the show continues to stay awesome.
@Bedrock I'm definitely planning to continue working on this scene in my free time after the deadline and put that extra love in it :) Maybe even give myself a Zbrush refresh course and sculpt the almighty father Grigori.
Like you mention, I don't see a cheap hardware option for wacom etc.. but you can always go the remote desktop route to render stuff, and continue working on the main machine and call it a day.
How would you go about drawing something off a reference? Or sculpt something? Start with the basic shapes, blocking like megalmn200 mentioned, and just continue from there with details and stuff. Keep it simple in the beginning.
Good to see 3D Coat step up its game. Def need to see more of this. Hoping Andrew continues to improve upon the sculpting workflow/brush engine, its one of its best features.
lol damn iPhone and oddly spotty service. Continues: Compared to the normal posts and issues dealt with on this forum. There's practically a running gag of "there aren't coders on polycount" even when people post "Hey I'm a coder!"
Awesome seeing everyone get started! I only had 30 minutes available this morning, but I at least started blocking shapes in! I'll go back in to refine proportions and continue blocking everything out.
Update Continued blocking out, getting closer to the finish of this phase. Next goal is to sculpt up the body, hands and feet Here is where I am at. Here is the left arm armor More to come soon.
