whats in the middle under the head in your uv layout thats all overlapped, you can't have any overlapping uv's in your normal map, it could be blowing it up. -

Yeah, true about the posing and I'll see to pose the models that I can. About the layout unfortunately I don't have much control over it since it's a website template from Arstation.
