Arm looks a bit weird there, and the hands sort of bother me, they look a bit small/skeletal. -

In the skeletal mesh editor, there is a checkbox called something like use ref-pose. Try enabling that. -

Maybe it's a sorting problem ? Is that a skeletal mesh ? If yes you can try different sorting orders : http://udn.epicgames.com/Three/TranslucentHairSorting.html -
