Yes this project is still active! Wanted to give an update on it actually. We currently are in pre production with completed character packs ready to model: Elia - an heard head engineer with a heavy past that pushes her to take unneeded risks. Frank - our wise cracking robot who tries his best to impart on Elia that…
For head lengths, it would be a good idea to hide the hat and the hair so that your measuring with the full head to get a more accurate measurement. I overlayed a diagram of 8 heads tall figure as a point of reference. (Scaled so that the head and facial features match your model) You're probably too far into the process…
Not at all pixelpatron :) straight to the point comment like this is what I really want to hear! Rightnow I'm sketch over the head design. Not really sure about the flat design yet. But, I'll keep sketching.

Concepts > Discussion > Asset list > Estimates > Prioritize Only difference with Turn10 is the nature of their environments means more people are required to work on them. Usually it's the main lead, working with 1-3 production artists in-house, then off-site teams (no clue how many…
;) )) Seriously though, agree with most of the content of this thread so far. Interesting to hear what people are thinking. Especially agree that there needs to be more careful and effective management, more thought and a strong foothold on an idea before heading into development, and naps.
True, but maybe for more of the metal heads (more lead then anything) having that nice kickey treble over the warmer tones may serve a better purpose? haha, don't want to de-rail the thread, looking forward to more updates.
