make sure you dont have any active masking. sometimes when merging subtools there is still invisible masking going on that might screw with those features.

problem is I didn't do a texture , I was doing smart material and a mask , if I paint on the mask it still become visible in the 3d part but not on the 2d one .

yes u can. connect the mask to the reflectivity and the cube map to the reflect color you should now only see the env reflection on the areas where the mask is.
