Very nice so far, but try to replace some of the particles with more volumetric "foggy" smoke around the well defined smoke particles to give it a bit more volume.

Unfortunately I have to agree with GarageBay9. The screenshots look interesting but they are generally pretty dark. I would try getting some more contrast/better defined lighting.
Not bad :) , I know the rocks are not the main thing, but i would work more on them, and I would also define more the foot since its on the front of the scene.
So people who live in countries that were not allied with the US or USSR during the cold war shouldn't be allowed to complete jobs for the "western market" (whatever that might be defined as)?
Then tend to be used a fair bit in the newer procedual methods of texture creation and is used to define edges for edgeware etc. Check out you tube for some dDo videos.
