looks pretty great thus far. i think the legs seem short because of the tunic. skirts have a tendency to make legs look shorter. cloth bits look nice, keep it up. -

Yeah merge actors works although like you said it kinda defeats the purpose of modularity. You can't modify the pieces after they have benn merged. -

limbs seem very floppy and disconnected, the torso doesn't move enough, and the legs don't look like they're moving the way they should, the way their legs are built. -

Turning out great! I think the legs are a tad short though, and kind of lack the curve in the feet. its subtle but in the concept th legs look better. -
