The lips are nice, but the manner in which the philtrum has been sculpted is too obvious. Less than simply carve a divot in above the centre of the upper lip, perhaps it is better to bear in mind its formation as a "pinching" of the flesh of the lip up into the odd septum of the human nose, its top and bottom widths… -

Cars often use mirrored UVs, with decals (floating transparent quads) to handle non-mirrored logos. Tangent-space normalmap would be the way to go, unless you have a shader that supports mirrored object-space maps.
