Okay, finished the highpoly! Gonna retopo today and hopefully test more skinning. I think I've got the shoulders fixed now with some specific skinning.

what software are you exporting the highpoly from and what format is it? Xnormal isn't getting the smoothing information correctly and this is something you will want to resolve in your workflow.
Some progress on the highpoly, some small smoothing errors still and the forehead needs some cleaning up and edges softer maybe I bake the holes differently
i think there's 2 things contributing to this, un-Optimized UVs and the highpoly lacks depth in most mid-range shapes. EDIT: just a bit of an idea with the UVs
At first I was like oh more highpoly shots....then I saw the wires and realized that was the low. FANTASTIC BAKE! Did you bake the normals in Max or Xnormal?
Yo :smile: Just to post an update on the skin surface and the rest of the major parts. I'll be back this weekend to hopefully end the highpoly work and rush to the paint step.
stuff is really cool but im missing some breakups like texture sheets, wireframes and highpoly renders if there are any used and so on.Add them and all good!
