i see what you mean with the boots being too "square" shall we say. I've moved them in at the bottom and set them to follow the foot a bit more. I don't really want them to be any more hugged to the foot than they are now as they're intended to be quite big anyway. -

Feel free to rip any of my stuff apart. Critique helps me stretch myself and improve, so I really appreciate any I get. The last one here is a game I'm working on called Magnetic By Nature that I'm art lead for. It's intended style is largely informed by art deco. -

God I wanted to get into this game, but it just lacks innovation, dynamics, and technical skill compared to Super Smash Bros. Melee. I really respect the balance and design though. For a game that plays as intended, it does very well. I guess I wish developers would try to innovate more in this genre! -

Really, someone is willing to work for such "rates"? Not really intended to TS, but I've been stumbling upon similar posts here and there and never seen any discussion. So what, you people deal with it and consider it normal? It's like, cheaper than working at McDonalds, right? - twice as cheaper I guess. Or even less? -

There's a lot of streams going on already and they're fantastic in and of themselves, they're intended for a different kind of learning. It's the difference between watching a tutorial (stream) and working in a classroom with the option of asking the teacher (hangout). Not a perfect analogy, I admit, but try out both and… -

I love it, but the facial muscles need more definition, if its intended to be scary then the bridge of the nose should be slightly lower, the guts and rib cage pulled in a bit more towards the bottom and the wings having the holes be more like tears or wear spots, atm they look like popped bubble gum holes. -

Format wise, non of your props necessitate it being on a youtube reel. I would just have it all on a portfolio website in still images. It will be the quickest to digest. Your terxturing quality needs to rival and/or exceed the assets you see in other games you intend these props to be in. Use that as a possible, clear… -

Thanks, and yeah, I see where I could totally rework some of that. By less on the hood, would you suggest the front or the back? The front is intended to be the visor of the helmet (guess it would have helped if I marked that ;p ), and I can see where I could probably lessen it in the back as well.
