You could try it like this: The red parts are your main bones. The watch face bone should be the root bone. From the root, you'll have one joint chain (Blue) going down towards the second bone - look up a spine rigging toturial if you're not sure how to set that up. From there, you'll have two bones controlling each part… -

One of my problems with Substance is that i feel like i am working with the textures with robotic arms using a remote control through a glass window. With Photoshop i feel like there is no glass window and i can get in there and move textures around precisely and quickly. I was hoping with Quixel i could rotate/cut/crop… -

Your probably not going to find that kind of stuff as characters or super complex stuff usually gets the spotlight. Although, you may be able to find some sci-fi vehicles on google images. Well the one thing I've noticed is that people model 'slower' in the studio's are they're all expected to work the same, no hotkeys etc, but I prefer to use advanced mode with no windows and use hotkeys to model, it allows for movement and freedom and just feels more natural, not to mention much much easier to be artistic… -

Hey, so I posted some small feedback on there, it looks good so far. For the movement, the front looks really good, but the back legs look robotic. No real difference in movement and it looks like it just goes up and down with no weight shifting on it. Also, whenever the paws lift up, it looks like you just rotated them… -

Another practice! This time a fan art. After doing this picture my way of thinking towards painting has changed! So I guess this is a milestone for me. I'm starting to think of drawing in forms instead of marks. And slowly understanding depth with color. This was done with only default brush. Will probably use a hard brush… -

Thanks Slum! I can't recall if it was a conscious choice or not, but he does have a bit of Ash in him.
