Thanks Turista. Some suits do have one button, but it's less common. I might add another anyway just for the added detail, but still have the jacket done up with one. I'm going for a 50s/40s suit look, a lot of the looks they had back then were very loose and baggy. I think that's why the jacket seems long and the crotch… -

@cabooes Alright. It seems I found the issue. Zbrush WeldPoints has some weird tolerance slider(Weld Distance). By default it seems to be set to 1.
