If you look at Item channels list there is PreRotation transform applied with -90° on X axis. I'm not sure why it even imports (maybe different xyz axis orientation on MAX?) but it breaks baking. Setting it to 0 will fix everything.
Did you go over all the usual checklist items? I won't list them all as there are an exhaustive amount of threads on this and loads of info in the stickies. List off your exact process to help us help you.
Small update!!! Refined the pistol grip, Pmag, and Heatshield as well as a few other small items. Going to start work on the Upper receiver block and the lower. I also made them slightly wider if you can notice.

I had the same problem play around with workshop , on your workshop page when this item displayed in upper right there is a function 'Ender or payment agreement info' there needs something to click , I can't recal it's tricky though.
Looks good, I like the design to. BUT if these items should fit in dota you should probably have waaaay less detail in there. other then that it looks pretty good, have you checked out the dota 2 art guides?
I DON'T GET IT! What happened at the ending? And yes I hated the songs with lyrics... they were also covers. Something that hated was how I forgot what the items were like 2 mins after they listed them.
*Mini update* I Just finished adding a system which highlights the interactable item the player is looking at. Now I just have to figure out how to actually make them do things :smile: I'll be back.
Very nice ! Do you plan on adding more moody items, fog planes, small point lights or so ? I think your scene can pop up much more with some work on the overall atmosphere.
