[ QUOTE ] All the media does is focus on the bad crap, and make it seem as thought it's the end of the world. That couldn't be further from the truth. [/ QUOTE ] What about when the media do have to actually report the end of the world?! I get all my news from a bloke down the pub!
The pre pre pre pre announcement... sweet. Here's how it goes for me: Tonight the new site will launch (2 weeks from now) End of Feb, Dom4 launches (mid March, I've lost all excitement and am too busy) Comp ends ?? (this time next year)
I saw something today that made me livid. I found a job advert for a junior artist role. After reading all the requirements and feeling pretty confident I was about to apply when I saw that they wanted a minimum of 2 years work experience in a media company. This got me thinking. Does the UK industry have any respect for…
It's been a while since I started this project, and I've been distracted with others since, but want to update this anyway since I remembered this post and it's changed a lot since I last updated. Intend to come back to it once I find the motivation. I ended up wanting to go the more stylised route in the end :)

I know!!! When I first read that to make custom icons you need to install additional software I kinda expected it to at least create the winter and weight icons for you. If you end up making more than one skin you will end up with your own template psd for the icons.
I don't mind a few early dead ends, that's kinda expected with choose your own adventure books. Although some more silly ones, or ones with some sort of conclusion would help round it out. Did wish there was a more interesting ending with Colin, PACS, or monster. Didn't give me enough.
You have these because your tangent basis is different in your viewing application than the one you baked it in. If you're going to end up with synched tangents, in the end this wont matter. If you aren't then you need to break your UVs islands and smoothing splits at the 90 degree angles. Or add support edges.
I would use spline IK for this http://help.autodesk.com/view/3DSMAX/2015/ENU/?guid=GUID-787BE013-B685-4DA0-A9FE-8146B3235BA3 But you could manually set it up as well. Look into Expressions. http://help.autodesk.com/view/3DSMAX/2015/ENU/?guid=GUID-65186F02-824B-4BBE-8559-69275E036E6C
