I have seen 3 cover letters at our office with the wrong company written in it. So ummmm.. don't do that. I know there is a lot of 3d companies with the word "Digital" in them, but you would think it's something you would double check.
[ QUOTE ] Seems like theres a bunch of us on the visor band wagon.:) [/ QUOTE ] That's because Visor was the shit! Blitz, that's some cool stuff you got there! I had a spare head collecting digital dust, so I decided to turn it into Visor.
I had the same prob as Renaud...with the # of digits..but as Renaud pointed out, it's an easy fix, and thus far have had no other problems importing obj files into mudbox.. I've only had Mudbox for a day and I impressed with its ease of use
I met ThE_BirD and his wife Candice! Great to meet you guys I never saw vahl or anyone from Digital extremes did you guys actually attend? Met allot of good guys from Ubi and Pandemic there too!
- My girlfriend to have Christmas off work so we could spend it together (not going to happen) - Tripod and flash for my digital camera - My bike to magicly heal itself... why isn't it made from an organic plastic and memory metals?
I have comcast digital cable and I'm throwing money down the drain, since I haven't really watched TV since I moved to the States 5 years ago. Maybe some BBC America once in a blue moon, but that's about it.
I got me a canon digital rebel, but no clue on how to get those really nice shots. My pics come out alright but not 'vivid' enough. http://jeremytoons.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=20&Itemid=30
Thank you for the advice. Using my vacation days to build a portfolio is a good idea. And I attend life drawing classes whenever possible. Also buying some Gnomon and Eat3d videos for sure. Does anyone use Digital Tutors, or are they not as good?
Hey man great work I personally don't like the digital camo texture as i feel it adds to much noise to the model. A 2-3 tone color scheme should be enough to sell it well. I like it more clean. Cheers.
i had a bamboo to get me used to the pen without busting the bank, 4months later after a bunch of digital paintings and hotkeys i got the intuos. Learning on the bamboo is damn fun , and if you're pro on bamboo, you will kick ass on the intuos.
