It looks fantastic and the only thing I can even nitpick about is the steering damper and what the right arm is connecting to on the bike. It looks like it's just floating at the moment but I can't really see it. This is just me being anal because I've ridden that bike and I like bikes in general. :) Great job it really…
Oh, I've seen this one earlier. Nice work! It looks good overall, but the skull really feels like its weakest point. Maybe it could use a bit of weight and/or expressiveness to make stylization more... purposeful.
Your models are clean, but the lighting doesn’t give them much justice. It also feel like they’d benefit, as iam said, of textures that are a bit more worn-out, some dents and irregularities. The knife in particular doesn’t feel like a knife because it’s too clean. I’m not too much for the dents on the gun as it’s a game…
ooo i like the new bust :) very interesting :D could almost be like an alien priest or something, has that sort of wise man vibe (Or wise alien/monster vibe whatever haha). I like your freeform approach to it, more enjoyable (I more or less do that too :) ) i find staying in zbrush so much more enjoyable
I'd love to see an update as well, but I agree that the current version for Max is already great and understand there might not be a lot of demand. You can group islands in the UV editor or do name selection sets on a per face basis for editable poly or mesh objects, but both are fairly fleeting. Another more permanent…
Well but the Dillinger Escape Plan only has 4 songs with Mike on it. I love that CD btw! Anyways, I have like 5 mp3s by Mike and Rahzel (although I prefer his songs more than his noise side)- I've downloaded them over e-Mule. If you like noisy 80ies synths with Mike, check Kaada & Patton out!
Some context would help, What does the existing comic look like, what style, etc.? And how is this model meant to be used… as a maquette to aid in making drawings from? Or is this a tribute to something existing already? As in, fan art? Hard to provide feedback without knowing what the end goal is.
Can you show the modular pieces themselves? Did you use trimsheets for these? What do the wireframes look like? What's the average pixel density, and what kind of grid did you build to?
Okay I straightened out the head and neck UVS. I was wondering if anyone had any advice on armor topology and UVs. It seems like such a waste to me to have faces and UVs to an area that is hardly seen at all. In Diablo 4 it almost seems like they coil an edge over and either remove the geometry or give it some sort of dark…
Nice! A few notes: Glass material needs work. It's not looking like glass atm. Get some refraction in there. It also feels too dark atm. Barrel looks like a few low poly shapes with a random wood material slapped on. Cards can use some grunge and bending. The gun looks nice but the enviro its rendered in looks like not…
