Hey gang! I went ahead and started a meetup in Dallas for polycount members. So if you're in the area try to make it out so we can all hangout! RSVP on the link here http://meetu.ps/e/ClNT0/jHfSv/f
the face is definitly not the best part BUT the close-up shot of it is looking quite cool actually ! There is something more natural and realistic on this specific shot. The rest of the work is really cool and the concepts are just F***ing awesome ! Best of luck for the contest guys
You mean like this guy? Surely that would never, ever, under any circumstances happen [ame=" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qQ8ArZJvTKc"]shut the f*** up or I'll find out where you live and kill you[/ame]
Weezy F Baby! Ok in all seriousness i think the specular map should be tuned down on your self expression model, specifically the first image in the sequence. Welcome to the forums, hope to see more work from you in the future!
I agree with Pior Raodkill is great...( If I'm using Maya )... You could also give Diamant UV 1. a try.....I have yet to dig into it but it seems pretty promising... http://forums.cgsociety.org/showthread.php?f=59&t=644892
Ok short update. This is a really nice FAQ: http://www.emuboards.com/invision/index.php?act=ST&f=62&t=24174&st=0 And this a picture of the black unit (only this one will be availabe at launch): http://www.gpx2.com/pds_data_eng/gp2x_real.jpg
Looks great, please don't give it the old standby "scar across the eye" though. Something a little rarer like a totaly f-ed up side of the face would be niftyer, eye gone, ear ripped, possibly a metal plate...
Hey guys, I was wondering if it was possible to set the camera in topogun to pivot around a certain area of the reference object in the scene? Just life when you select something and hit F in Maya or when Zbrush kind of automatically centers itself around your last brush stroke.
Yeah, people have asked for this for a long time. I think we'll only see this once the re-write is complete. Someone made a scripted window for Max, but it consumed RAM like crazy... http://forums.cgsociety.org/showthread.php?f=98&t=906296
You can adjust the res in kismet easily. Just add a console command action, and use "setres" in it, and the resolution that you want. Like "setres 1920x1080f" if you want 1920x1080 and fullscreen. The f is for setting it to fullscreen. W would be used for windowed mode.
